Quality is an essential aspect in everything that LION Commerce GmbH does, because we know that quality is among the major factors

Consumer standards

Every customer has individual wishes and standards. LION Commerce GmbH is always in search of ways to best meet these expectations. If the necessary knowledge and expertise are not available in-house, LION Commerce GmbH will consult external parties in order to improve food safety, process optimalisation „optimasation“ and any other aspect imaginable.

Attention will also be paid to ensuring that the demands of the customer are met in accordance with the applicable legislation. Should the customer require an even higher level of quality, we will adjust our processes to meet their needs. After all, it is the most demanding customer that sets the standard for future practice; they are the catalyst for our continuous process of improvement.

The use of high-quality raw ingredients is a prerequisite. For this reason, LION Commerce purchases exclusively raw materials of proven quality in order to ensure that food safety requirements are met. When selecting our suppliers, we are guided by the principles of trust and transparency. Raw ingredients are purchased solely from EG-certified businesses.

LION Commerce GmbH also strives to ensure it has the means and expertise necessary in order to deliver a high-quality end product. This involves a properly-designed production environment, the use of up-to-date methods of production, protocols for cleaning and disinfection, and the adequate training and continued education of employees. All employees receive the training their position requires; our staff is aware of how, through signalling and registration, they are contributing to a product that meets the customer’s demands.

Ongoing inspections

From beginning to end, LION Commerce guarantees strict adherence to all quality standards throughout the production process. We are involved from the beginning the end. This allows us to meet the expectations and demands of our customers, without losing sight of good service and efficiency.
